Our Founder - Samia Leonard
Samia Leonard is the Founder and Executive Director of Pro Global Connect, bringing more than 15 years of experience across finance, administration, educational leadership, and nonprofit operations. Throughout her career, Samia has led high-impact teams, built efficient organizational systems, and supported leadership in environments where accuracy, accountability, and reliability are critical to success.
After years of working closely with executives and witnessing the operational strain caused by inconsistent staffing support, Samia founded Pro Global Connect to deliver a better standard of service. Her vision was to create a staffing agency that prioritizes clear communication, structured processes, and dependable talent—eliminating the common frustrations employers face when roles remain unfilled or poorly matched.
With deep experience in finance-driven, nonprofit, and education-focused organizations, Samia understands how staffing gaps directly affect performance, morale, and long-term outcomes. Under her leadership, Pro Global Connect operates as a minority-owned, licensed, and bonded staffing agency serving Metro Detroit, recognized for its professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to building long-term partnerships that strengthen organizations from the inside out.
